Sticker size guide
Not sure what size to order? Here’s what fits where. If you’re in between two sizes, the smaller one usually looks neater on curved or busy surfaces.
Die-cut stickers
| Size | Good for |
|---|---|
| 50mm | Coffee cups, small jars and lids, envelopes, phone cases, swing tags. |
| 75mm | The all-rounder: laptops, water bottles, mailer bags and boxes. |
| 100mm | Laptop lids, notebooks, helmets, shop windows and counters. |
| 125mm | Toolboxes, eskies, guitar cases and bigger packaging. |
| 150mm | Car and van windows, bins, signs, crates and equipment. |
The size is the longest side of your sticker. A round 75mm sticker is 75mm across; a 75mm logo that’s wider than it is tall will be 75mm wide and shorter in height.

Sizing questions
How do I measure for a sticker?
Measure the flat area where the sticker will go, then allow a little room around it. On a curved surface like a bottle, measure across the curve and choose a size a bit smaller, so the sticker sits flat.
Is the size the width or the height?
For die-cut stickers the size is the longest side. A 75mm logo that’s wider than it is tall will be 75mm wide. Bumper stickers and sheets are listed as width × height.
What’s the most popular size?
75mm die-cut stickers are the usual choice for laptops, water bottles and packaging. 50mm suits small spaces, and 100mm makes a bigger statement.
Can I get a size that isn’t listed?
