Is the design really free?
Yes. Tell us what you want, attach anything that helps (a logo, photo or sketch), and our designers create your sticker. Up to 2 rounds of changes are included in every order.
What if I already have artwork?
Choose “I have artwork” and upload it. We check it, add the cut line and send a proof. PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files print sharpest; high-resolution PNG or JPG files work too.
How do I pay?
There’s nothing to pay when you order. Once you approve your proof, we email an invoice to pay by bank transfer. Your stickers go to print once it’s paid.
When does my order print?
After you approve the proof and pay the invoice. We email the proof within one business day, and dispatch within 2 business days of payment.
How do I get a price?
Choose your sticker, size and quantity on any product page and tell us where to send it. Your price shows straight away, and we text and email it with a link to order whenever you’re ready.
What’s the minimum order?
50 stickers or sheets, up to 10,000. Use the quantity buttons and the − and + stepper on any product page to see the price breaks.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is included in the price. Orders arrive 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Can I split an order across designs?
Die-cut stickers can be split across up to 20 designs at no extra cost. Bumper stickers and sticker sheets are one design per order.
What are the stickers made of?
Outdoor-grade white vinyl with a gloss laminate, rated for 2 years outside. They handle sun and rain.
What shapes can you cut?
Die-cut stickers are cut to any outline. Sticker sheets take up to 5 stickers in simple shapes. Bumper stickers are rectangular.
Can I get a size or quantity that isn’t listed?
Yes. Email hello@onlystickers.com.au with the size, quantity and what it’s for, and we’ll quote it.
What if something’s wrong with my stickers?
Email hello@onlystickers.com.au with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a reprint or refund.
