A die-cut sticker is cut right around the outline of your design, so there’s no square border or white box around it. Your logo, mascot, product or slogan becomes the sticker itself. Which size die-cut sticker?

The size is the longest side of your sticker. A round 75mm sticker is 75mm across; a 75mm logo that’s wider than it is tall will be 75mm wide and shorter in height.

Supplying your own artwork

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) print sharpest. High-resolution PNG or JPG files work well too, ideally at the printed size at 300 dpi. We add the cut line and bleed for you and show it on your proof.

Die-cut stickers: questions

What’s the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?

Die-cut stickers are cut all the way through the vinyl and the backing, so each sticker is a loose piece in the shape of your design. Kiss-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl only and stay on a larger backing sheet, which is how our sticker sheets work.

Can I have more than one design in an order?

Yes. Tell us how many designs you want when you get your price, and we split the quantity between them at no extra cost. 100 stickers across four designs is 25 of each, for example.

What’s the minimum order?

50 stickers. Prices per sticker drop as the quantity goes up, all the way to 10,000.

Are die-cut stickers waterproof?

The vinyl and gloss laminate are water resistant, so rain and a wipe down are fine. They’re made to last about 2 years outside. We don’t recommend putting them through a dishwasher.

Can you cut a really detailed shape?

We cut to a smooth outline around your design. Very thin spikes or tiny gaps are smoothed out so the sticker peels cleanly and doesn’t tear. Your proof shows the exact cut line before anything is printed.
